This is a direct replacement for the OEM Lucas Starter motor on T160's, available in positive and negative earth:

• This kit is the proven David Madigan design with over 600 kits in service worldwide. Now produced under licence here in the UK by 'Made in Coventry Engineering'.

• The adapter is machined, assembled and tested here at our facility in Coventry; the starter is a quality motor of foreign origin. 

• Laser engraved with ‘Made in Coventry’ logo for quality and providence assurance.

• Please note, the bronze bush needs to be changed in the clutch cover to the one provided in the kit. This is easily removed either by screwing an M12 tap into the bush and pulling it out or filling the bore of the bush with grease and using a close-fitting pin to 'hydraulic' the old bush out.
